Founded in 2004 by Kenny Choy (子淳), a systems visionary with a degree in Information Management from Tamkang University, Smart Touch Technology began with a simple but powerful mission: to solve real-world HR problems with smart, scalable technology.

It all started in 1995 with Kenny’s first project—developing a payroll and attendance system for over 1,000 employees. That experience sparked a lifelong passion that led to the creation of a company committed to transforming Payroll, Attendance, and Leave (PAL) processes—and eventually, far beyond.
