3. Salary for incomplete month

(Monthly Salary x Number of Days employed in the month)

Number of days in the respective month.

Example:              

Employee starts work on 12.01.2019, his monthly salary is RM1,100.          

                                               Salary for January 2019 = (RM1,100 x 20 days ) / 31 days = RM709.68                                                              

4. Overtime Rate

(Basic + Allowance + Incentive) / 26days / 8 hours

Basic Salary         : RM1,100              

Allowance           : RM300           

Total Earning      = RM1,100 + RM300 = RM1,400               

Total Earning      = RM1,100 + RM300 = RM1,400               

Overtime Normal Rate (OT1.0)  = (RM1,400 / 26 / 8) x 1.0 = RM6.7308 

Overtime Double Rate (OT2.0)  = (RM1,400 / 26 / 8) x 2.0 = RM13.4615   

Overtime Tripple Rate (OT3.0)  = (RM1,400 / 26 / 8) x 3.0 = RM20.1923
